Front Office Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or repair packages. Schedule vehicle service appointments and maintain service calendar. Follow up with customers regarding job progress, quotations, and approvals. Coordinate with technicians, spare parts department, and service advisors to ensure timely job completion Escalate urgent or delayed cases to the manager.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum a Diploma or Graduate. An educational background in automotive field is a plus. 1-2 years home-country experience in a sales/support/admin role, in an automotive or garage environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage. Must be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

Preference will be given to freshers with prior work experience in the automotive industry in their home country
