Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Dubai? Join our dynamic team as a Front Office Intern at our prestigious hotel in the United Arab Emirates! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our front desk operations and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.
Assist in welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Support the check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Provide knowledgeable information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and effectively
Assist in managing reservations and room assignments, paying close attention to guest preferences
Handle guest inquiries and minor issues with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to appropriate departments
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Contribute to the overall guest experience by upholding our hotel's high service standards
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and schedules as needed
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software (training provided)
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Strong organizational skills and efficiency in handling multiple responsibilities
Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
