Job Summary: Looking for a Front Office Executive in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional way
  • Respond to and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff members where necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages as well as deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure visitors feel comfortable
  • Respond to calls promptly, transfer calls accurately and take messages
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times
  • Keep a clean and organized front desk area
  • Undertake any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a Degree from a recognized institution
  • Practical experience working as a front office executive or similar position required
  • Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Should have a positive attitude
