The Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious law firm who is looking to hire a bilingual Front Office Executive to join their Doha office, and be an active member in the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s Internal and External Events and Business Development Team. As the Front Office Executive, you will provide full administrative support as required for both the front and back office. You will create designs of events invitations, publications, logos and greeting cards as needed, as well as maintain and update the firm\xe2\x80\x99s website, subscriptions, publications, memberships and alliances with other firms. In addition, you will manage calendars, contact information and travel arrangements and provide additional support, including reception relief as part of the day-to-day activities of this role.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Graphic Design with at least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years working experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English in mandatory, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Premier Pro. This role requires a candidate who is a team player, who shows a high level of confidentiality, and who is able to multitask to match the ever-changing work environment.
