Our Music Institute is looking for a professional front desk executive to oversee receptionist and marketing duties. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, greeting customers, managing class schedules and payments. Your central goal is to provide our customers with friendly customer service and support. As the \xe2\x80\x98face\xe2\x80\x99 of the Institute, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Position: Full-time Timings:
Weekdays: 02pm - 10pm
Weekends: 9.30am - 08pm (Break: 01pm - 02.00pm)
Work Week: 6 days a week, Friday is a holiday Other Holidays: 5th week of the month Experience: 1-2 years Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
Answer all client queries through any channel - calls, emails, social media or WhatsApp
Handle customer payments & student registrations in the CRM
Manage class schedules by communicating with students and teachers
Track & manage office equipment and supplies
Friendly and patient being around children
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role
Excellent command of spoken & written English to smoothly converse with guests of all nationalities.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
Passion for creative photography & videography is a strong plus for marketing
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT programs
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
