Office Administrator - Real Estate



We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high standards of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative while managing multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential for success in this fast-paced, multi-faceted role.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a real estate or administrative role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and work independently

Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate active calendars, schedule and confirm meetings Ensure proper file organization and adherence to office protocols Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and related documents Use Trakheesi system and have knowledge of all RERA forms (A, B, etc.) Manage and update property listings across platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc. Follow up with agents and clients for documents and required details Handle developer registrations and renewals Provide administrative support to sales representatives, property managers, and senior management Assist walk-in clients with inquiries and requirements Submit VAT and Corporate TAX documentation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
