We are looking for a well-presented, customer-oriented
Front of House Receptionist
to be the face of our high-end aesthetic clinic. This role is key to ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience, from appointment scheduling to handling payments and upselling services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times
Manage the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction from entry to exit
Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed
Upsell in-house treatments and products, contributing to overall sales performance
Oversee appointment management: bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Accurately process all payments, including cash, card, and package redemptions
Work closely with therapists and stylists to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Keep client records and database updated
Requirements:
Proven experience in a
reception or front desk
role within a
salon, clinic, or luxury hospitality setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Sales-oriented with a proactive approach to upselling
Tech-savvy; experience with salon/clinic booking software is a plus
Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus)
