Job Description
The role of FOH/Waitress is crucial in delivering a great dining experience for our guests. They are the face of our brand, interacting with guests and ensuring they feel welcome while facilitating the kitchen to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional level of customer service. Take orders accurately and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen efficiently. Process payments, handle transactions, and assist with any guest inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment. Assist with seating arrangements and maintain a positive atmosphere for guests. Provide support to the kitchen whenever needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to supporting fellow team members. Excellent communication and customer service skills for FOH positions. Flexibility to work various shifts. English speaking. Available to join immediately.
