We are seeking an experienced, hands-on manager fluent in Arabic to oversee both our gourmet butchery retail space and our adjoining restaurant service area. You will lead retail staff, manage inventory and suppliers, ensure premium product standards, oversee restaurant front-of-house operations, and deliver exceptional guest experience. You will also be accountable for financial performance, cost control, staffing, training, and reporting.
