Job Description
Front of House (FOH) Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front area. The FOH Manager will ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of hospitality, and support the team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the front of house team, ensuring professional and efficient service. Manage daily operations including reservations, seating, and guest relations. Train, mentor, and schedule FOH staff to maintain consistent service standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly. Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless coordination. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of the dining area. Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control related to FOH operations. Support implementation of company policies, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms
