Key responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Greet and seat guests in the dining area
Take orders and serve food and beverages
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
Handle cash transactions and process payments
Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a front of house role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for cash handling
Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
