Position Overview
We are hiring a Front of House Associate with a background in finance to join our growing team. This role combines customer service and front desk duties with basic financial and administrative responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in keeping daily operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients while answering questions about services, schedules, and promotions.
- ?Book and manage client appointments and coordinate with Flexologists.
- ?Handle payments, apply promo codes, track package usage, and reconcile daily transactions.
- ?Maintain client records and support basic finance tasks such as cash handling and reporting.
- ?Promote packages and add-on services like compression boots to enhance client experience.
- ?Keep the front desk and waiting areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- ?Collect feedback from clients to help improve services and support team goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in wellness, spa, clinic, or hospitality.
- Experience with financial tasks such as processing payments and daily cash reconciliation, excel.
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with booking software, spreadsheets, and learning new systems quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling both clients and administrative tasks.
- Sales or marketing experience is a bonus, especially with social media or promotions.
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
