We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Front of House Executive
with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must have
at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
and proficiency in
MS Office applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries efficiently.
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with calendar management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including visitor logs and membership files.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and other front office activities.
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Ensure the front desk area is organized, tidy, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in a Front of House, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fitness customer service environment is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems or front desk software.
