We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: * Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and redirect phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
Receive and distribute mail and packages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all visitor information
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Preferred Candidate: * High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
