Job Description

Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently. Office manager duties and responsibilities usually includes, overseeing administrative staff members, receiving and directing visitors, and handling or delegating basic office tasks. Office Manager top skills & proficiencies:

Experience:
  • Front desk/receptionist/guest service: 2 years (Preferred)
Availability: Able to join immediately Requirement: Female only, preferably from Russia, Western Europe, South America, United States, Fluent in English, excellent computer skills, below 35 y/o, and currently in the UAE able to join immediately. Job Type: Full-time Education:
