We are looking for a Female Front Desk Receptionist. The qualifications are listed below.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools especially in Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
Dealing and communicating with fluent English (Written and Verbal) in a professional manner.
Know how to make quotations, invoices, delivery notes, LPO's, JO's, Receipt vouchers, Payment Vouchers.
Knowledge of Accounting software - Zoho will be an added advantage.
Provides customer service (i.e. responds to queries and concerns). Handles complaints.
Preparing Estimations in Zoho (from registering to monitoring and making follow-up) of Enquiries and other tasks assigned.
Must be multi-tasking and flexible to work under pressure.
