Receptionist Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service.
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using all computer programs, especially Shortcut booking system.
Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate and manage bookings using the Shortcut system.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Address inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Location: abudhabi
Working hours: Full-timee
Salary: To be determined after the interview : Based on experience and qualifications
