We are hiring! We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Admin for our Retail Store in Dubai. Job Purpose : The role oversees store maintenance for smooth operations, collaborates with internal teams and customers, welcomes visitors, manages the store phone, schedules appointments, offers information, guidance, and resolves customer inquiries, to ensure and elevate customer satisfaction. Responsibilities :
Managing inflow and outflow of store correspondence
Handle basic accounting duties .
Processing new orders from customers and tracking specific requirements.
Ensuring accurate tracking of each order throughout the production process
Maintaining a line of communication with both customers and the tailoring staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Handle inquiries about availability, book appointments, and make any necessary changes or cancellations.
Scheduling appointments
Reaching out to customers for after sale feedback and documenting the same
Generating additional sales by promoting new products, services, or special offers
Qualifications & Skills :
Degree in management or a related field from a recognized University/ Institute
At least 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of experience in a related field, such as administrative support or customer service
Excellent multitasking, time-management, and organization skills
Experience in supporting administrative functions of the business.
Exceptional aptitude for providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
