Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

1. Greeting guests promptly upon their arrival at the office and directing them as necessary.
2. Managing incoming phone calls, screening and forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
3. Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries.
4. Upholding office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, note-taking, and coordinating travel plans.
6. Providing superior customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate:

1. Has prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
2. Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Has the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
5. Is highly organized.
6. Is adept at multitasking and time-management, with the ability to priorities tasks effectively.
7. Possesses a customer service-oriented attitude.
8. Has previous experience in an accounting firm or in a tele sales role (this is a plus, but not essential).
