Fateli beauty Salon is looking for the perfect beautiful image of fateli. Salary Dependent on experience We are a new russian salon in Business Bay. We require a competent Receptionist/ supervisor who has previous experience in beauty salon. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, diligent and customer-oriented female front desk receptionist. 6 days/week, 8+1 hrs a day. Full compliance with UAE Labour Law is guaranteed to applicants (lunch breaks, payments for working on public holidays / overtimes, timely visa & insurance issuance etc). Requirements: - Previous experience working for as a receptionist for a beauty salon in UAE is a MUST (3 years minimum). DON\'T APPLY IF YOU NEVER HAD FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE IN THE UAE. The experience working at the front desk for other types of businesses or in other countries will not be considered. - STRONG SCHEDULE BOOKING SKILLS are vitally important - NEEDS TO BE OUTSTANDING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, be friendly with clients, able to come up with flexible solutions, able to resolve conflicts with customers in a diplomatic way - EXCELLENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH; able to understand clients\' needs and interact with them, able to use professional phrases and answer the phone professionally - Punctual, responsible, strong personality, able to manage others, anticipate customer needs and be proactive Responsibilities: - Welcome the customers - Manage phone / social media / walk in bookings - Control the attendance and the cleanliness of the salon - Supervise the staff and give them instructions Job Types: Full-time, Contract
