Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

  • Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
  • Preferably with Hotel experience
  • Following proper individual and telephone etiquette while interacting with patients
  • Verifies the insurance card validity, coverage and approval status.
  • Registration of patient visit in the system for both new and revisit patients
  • Maintaining confidentially of the patient files related information at all time
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Follow up on patient calls
  • Maintain doctors' calendar & schedules
  • Greet and welcome visitor and guide them
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Available to join immediately
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing operations in customer service/call center
