target-based position
, where the receptionist must achieve monthly goals for
lead conversions, confirmed bookings, and patient engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients at the reception and handle all incoming calls.
Manage and schedule appointments accurately.
Handle inquiries and follow-ups through
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms
.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings to
achieve set monthly targets
.
Coordinate daily with the marketing team to update lead status and maintain reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing patients.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a
call center
,
front desk
, or
customer service
role.
Fluency in
English and Arabic
(mandatory).
Proven ability to handle and convert leads across multiple digital platforms.
Experience in an
aesthetic or dermatology clinic
is highly preferred.
Organized, proactive, and
motivated to achieve monthly targets

Must be able to manage both in-person and online interactions effectively.
