Job Description

Urgently required for a renowned business group in Ajman - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST. We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team at NAPCO - AJMAN. List of duties and responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and greet people who visit the business
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update members records with contact and billing details.
  • Assist members and visitors with any inquiries in a polite manner
  • Report any maintenance/system issues on the spot to the management
  • Perform other related duties as required

Experience:
  • receptionist in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
