Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our esteemed establishment in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a critical role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This individual will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally, providing assistance and information as needed.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
Manage visitor sign-in and ensure security protocols are followed.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Collaborate with team members to address client needs and facilitate smooth communication.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus.
Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with booking or CRM systems.
Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
