We are looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and ensure an exceptional experience for international clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Dubai's business etiquette, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage telephone calls, inquiries, and appointments efficiently.
Oversee reception area cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness before meetings.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance records, and front-office documentation.
Support HR and Admin teams with routine office tasks when required.
Ensure adherence to Dubai corporate protocols and front-desk etiquette.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front-office experience (Dubai/GCC experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional grooming, pleasant personality, and customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume visitor flow.
Familiarity with Dubai business culture, hospitality standards, and workplace norms.
