Experience in customer service or similar role Fluency in English is required; Arabic-speaking is an advantage Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare is a strong advantage. Highly organized and great attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Warm, professional and customer-focused Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks Collaborative and able to work in a team Discreet and dependable
