We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Front Office & Admin Officer to join our Head Office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, front office management, and coordination support across departments.
Manage front desk duties including calls, visitor management, and general inquiries.
Oversee daily administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, courier handling, and document control.
Coordinate office lease renewals, utilities, internet, and telecommunications arrangements.
Support the renewal of tenancy agreements, Ejari, and trade license documents.
Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Coordinate with concern team for new joiner workstation and computer setup.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and upkeep of office facilities.
Assist in staff travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visitor logistics.
Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and trackers.
Support HR and Admin departments in visa documentation, insurance, and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) -- knowledge of Feishu is an advantage.
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor.
