Perform guest check-ins and check-outs using Opera Cloud
Welcome guests with warmth, answer calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
Manage daily guest and occupancy reports, including group arrivals
Inform guests about room availability, hotel rates, and services
Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guest expectations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation information
Ensure a seamless front desk operation that enhances guest satisfaction
Job Requirements
Prior experience as Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a UAE hotel
Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering premium guest service
