Front Desk Agent (Female)
to join a luxury hotel in Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet all guests with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel's property management system.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address guest needs.
Manage guest billing and payment transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, special requests, and complaints in accordance with hotel policies.
Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as required.
Handle guest information confidentially and professionally.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is a plus.
3+ years of front desk experience
in luxury hotels required.
Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Cloudbeds).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
Professional appearance and conduct, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
