Promotion of the credit offer through customer contact,
Analysis of credit requests, their presentation to the credit committee and evaluation of collateral,
Preparing the necessary documentation for granting loans, supervising the repayment of loans and registering them in the appropriate program,
Reporting to the central office for credit activity,
Other administrative work related to lending.

University degree in economics or agriculture, etc. (preferable),
Work experience in the micro-finance or banking sector (preferable but not a requirement),
Knowledge of lending and being motivated to work in rural and urban areas,
Knowledge of working with computers, know Microsoft Office,
Good communication and negotiation skills,
To be dynamic, flexible, creative and ready to work in a team,
