What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract top talent using innovative and data-driven strategies
• Influence hiring decisions and support employer branding initiatives
• Manage creative recruitment campaigns to position DP World as an employer of choice

Learning & Development

• Design and deliver training and development programs for future leaders
• Partner with executives to align workforce upskilling with business needs
• Develop mentorships and leadership development frameworks

HR Business Partner

• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
• Use people analytics to anticipate and address workforce challenges
• Build initiatives to support employee engagement and retention

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, Psychology, IT, or related fields welcome)
• Completion of National Service (for UAE males, if applicable)
• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Tech-savvy, curious, and motivated to solve people-related challenges
• High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
