Must hold a
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
from a well-reputed university. Open torecent graduates from the Classes of 2024 and 2025
with aminimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0
. Should have foundational knowledge ofstructural analysis and design software
such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, or Revit. Must be familiar with relevantdesign codes and standards
(ACI, AISC, ASCE, etc.). Must possess strongcomputer skills,
including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Should be able towork collaboratively
within a team environment. Must have strongcommunication skills
in English--both written and verbal. Should demonstrateleadership potential
through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities. Must maintain a strongacademic record
. Should be capable of working effectively with team members at all organizational levels. Must have excellentanalytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
