As our Business Development Executive, you\xe2\x80\x99ll engage with our French/Swahili/Arabic-speaking a\xef\xac\x83liates to grow our a\xef\xac\x83liate networks. You will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and earning the trust of new a\xef\xac\x83liates, helping us grow our brand. This position involves occasional overseas travels to be a hands-on organiser in our a\xef\xac\x83liate trips and other partnership events.

Identify new growth opportunities, prospects, and competitors via market research and data analysis. -
Generate meaningful insights that help you to source, recruit, and support a\xef\xac\x83liates that are aligned with our values and business strategies. -
Make data-driven recommendations to increase a\xef\xac\x83liate performance. -
Monitor and analyse a\xef\xac\x83liate activity using metrics such as the number of conversions per a\xef\xac\x83liate. -
Devise branding, marketing, and messaging strategies to help a\xef\xac\x83liates improve their client acquisition and retention efforts. -
Localise a\xef\xac\x83liate marketing tactics and promotional materials for designated markets to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline

Outstanding market research skills and a keen understanding of the consumer journey -
Assertive, sales-driven personality and the ability to adapt quickly and achieve powerful results -
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills -
Excellent spoken and written French/Swahili/Arabic communication skills -
Knowledge and experience in the \xef\xac\x81nancial services industry -
Passion for \xef\xac\x81nance and technology -
Ability to travel overseas when needed

IT knowledge or experience -
Experience in a\xef\xac\x83liate marketing, growth hacking, and business development -
