We are expanding our operations in Kenitra and hiring a large number of French-English bilingual call center agents for two project types:
1. Technical Support
2. Customer Service
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls in French and English.
Provide accurate, professional, and solution-focused assistance.
Troubleshoot technical issues or guide customers through their requests.
Ensure proper follow-up and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Work independently while contributing to team performance.
Required Profile
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
Autonomous, independent, and adaptable.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous call center experience (technical support or customer service) is an advantage but not required.
