This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

Yeah, we all experienced that boring teacher or stumble on this video with unsubstantiated/crazy theories It needs to change!! So we travel the world with learning designers, and researchers and surround ourselves with top entrepreneurs ( Richard Branson, Marc Simoncini, Fred Mazzella ), top athletes (Mike Horn, Frank Leboeuf), artists (Gad Elmaleh, Barry Osborne, producer of Lord of the Rings and Matrix)... to reverse engineer their strategies. \xef\xb8\x8fOur ambition is to make our trainings and coaching as attractive as watching Netflix and to make success the only option for our clients. (whatever success means for them) So far, this approach has paid off and has enabled us to exceed 2 million followers on social networks, and to organize online events and training courses attended by thousands of people. YOUR MISSION

- Your mission will be to launch and improve multiple e-learning courses and coaching programs. Besides, we aim to create our own cutting-edge e-learning platform to deliver an unique experience to our customers, and that\xe2\x80\x99s on your scorecard too ! Then you\xe2\x80\x99ll help us reach the international market and spread our philosophy worldwide. You will help us develop our new Brands :
  • Paradox Institute : Enterprise Products focused on Executives ( Training on Performance Coaching for Executive, Impactful Public Speaking and charisma for Executive )
  • Business Tribe : create the most attractive Business Club for entrepreneurs ( 100k - 10M )
  • Paradox : create the new Netflix of the e-learning to master yourself - We want to build our own E-Learning platform


1 - Manage the creation, production and launch of new products ( courses, Trainings, event )

  • Oversee the creation of content for multiple courses in both production and post-production : meeting expectations of brand alignment, quality and deadlines.
  • Trainers coordination : you will actively participate in our trainer and speaker network
  • Design a "pedagogical charter" to align all teams on a level of pedagogical performance.

2 - Product Discovery - Craft the vision for product evolution, and define a clear sequence of releases to get there.

Your KPIs are: NPS, referrals, retention and measure how people change their lives

  • Understand the pain points and needs of users through qualitative studies (surveys, interviews, user journey mapping, competitors) and quantitative data and Build and feed the product backlog
  • Advise, and execute on educational strategy, production, learning design, and student success.

3 - Product Quality & Delivery - Build an exceptional \xe2\x80\x98applied learning\xe2\x80\x99 experience combining best-in-class e-learning platform with one-to-one or group coaching

  • Rapidly test hypotheses and ideas with our no-code team and available tools
Organize and guide Scrum rituals within sprints (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, retrospective and refinement) with the technical team, to find the best solutions and solve user problems and the content team
  • Own the full learning experience ( content, UX/UI, learning design ) leading the design, content and learning design team
  • How do we engage learners ? How do we structure our content? Assessments ? better videos ? What support methods should we develop?
  • Develop new approaches and models for student success

4 - Product Strategy & Reporting

  • Define, track, and analyze performance indicators to deliver more value to our students (acquisition, conversion, and retention)
  • Make teams truly data-driven by sharing analytics reports.
  • Establish reporting, flag and resolve potential problems.
  • Analyze product metrics to understand what drives usage and performance.

5 - Build and manage an internal Team of A-Players and network of Top Gun Teachers, freelancers

  • Hire the Top Video Producers, Learning Designer, Writers, Researchers, Workbook designers
  • Connect and find the Teachers and experts in various fields ( leadership, communication, coaching )
  • Create detailed procedures to maximize the efficiency of the entire team.


DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF ?

Must have :

  • 7+ years of experience creating, producing and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. ( product manager, head of product, head of curriculum )
  • Hands-on experience in researching/developing non-fiction (or educational) content.
  • Thorough understanding of production and post-production procedures
  • Problem Solver and Creative : You know how to bring new ideas to problems, and think outside the box. As the first PM you must have a taste for operations. Execution is your greatest passion!
  • Strong Analytical & Critical Mind & Data Driven: You base your choices on a precise analysis of the data, and on the feedback of your users. Data is YOUR source of truth about the success of new features.
  • Real appetency for UX and UI design - Strong sensitivity to the user experience

Experience

  • User focused : ability to understand user needs and formalize them
  • Project manager : Scrum: You are comfortable with this framework. The backlog and sprints hold no secrets for you! -
  • Tech Savvy - You are able to interact with tech teams, you are resourceful and familiar with no code tools (Airtable, Hubspot, Notion, etc.)
  • A background/passion for EdTech, Learning and Development, teaching or curriculum design

Language

French : native English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues. Our chosen language for written communication is English. Currently, 10% of the team is English-speaking, a % which will continue to grow.
