Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Job Description

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding, domestic and gateway operations.
  • Defining, developing and evaluating the marketing strategy, based on the organization\'s goals, market needs, cost factors and profit margin.
  • Developing pricing strategies and striking a balance between enterprise goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Building a comprehensive database about the markets, competitors and everything related to competitors, their products, prices and marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The ability to generate new sales revenue independently and for a designated geographic region.
  • Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
  • To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
  • Contacting customers, following up and answering all inquiries until sales goals are achieved.
Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience in UAE or GCC with Shipping/Freight Forwarding Company: 3-5 years (preferred)
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Logistics, Operations Management.
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office, Logistics Management software is preferred.
In addition to English, ability to converse in one of these languages is preferred - Hindi or Arabic. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
