We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships and growing existing accounts within the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business relationships with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other methods
Identify and qualify potential clients\' logistics needs and provide solutions based on their specific requirements
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Achieve sales targets by generating revenue and maintaining profit margins
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide strategic guidance to clients
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Freight forwarding sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
Ability to travel as required
