Employment: Full Time Freight Forwarding Sales Executive Position Overview
Defining, developing and evaluating the marketing strategy, based on the organization's goals, market needs, cost factors and profit margin.
Developing pricing strategies and striking a balance between enterprise goals and customer satisfaction.
Building a comprehensive database about the markets, competitors and everything related to competitors, their products, prices and marketing plans.
To define new shipping destinations while expanding shipping services.
Contacting customers, following up and answering all inquiries until sales goals are achieved.
Analyze the data collected by marketing research about markets and competitors and present them in the form of results for which appropriate decisions can be taken.
To manage, generate and maximize the revenue through effective Sales & Services to the existing clients and identification of prospective clients.
Key responsibilities:
The ability to generate new sales revenue independently and for a designated geographic region.
Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales goals and initiatives.
To identify the business improvement opportunities and coordinate internally with Client Account Manager to expand the business operations.
To act as a single point of contact to clients providing end-to-end sales solutions through effective coordination internally within Cargo Line and externally with all the applicable parties.
To identify potential customers, negotiate as per price guidelines given and ensure maximization of profits and business opportunities.
To regularly visit existing clients validating our service levels and to ensure their maximum satisfaction level on services and to develop new revenue streams.
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree preferably in Logistics, Operations Management.
Knowledge and experience in MS Office, Logistics Management software is preferred.
Skills
Strategic understanding, Teamwork, Analytical, Interpersonal Communication, Time Management, Organizing, FRESA software, MS office.
In addition to English, ability to converse in one of these languages is preferred - Hindi or Arabic.
Experience
3 to 5 years Sales Experience in International Freight Forwarding.
Excellent and time-tested customer contacts.
Knowledge and understanding of international freight forwarding, domestic and gateway operations.
Ability to independently develop new business opportunities outside of the Company's network of customers.
