A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
:
- Manage back office functions \xe2\x80\x93 data organization, filing, documents for submission, and new client account files.
- Responsible for closure of files for completed projects.
- Manage the daily cargo operations via documentations and communications with agents who are based in Africa.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
- Generate regular reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of freight forwarding operations.
