Plan, coordinate, and manage exhibition projects from concept to completion
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors
Oversee booth design, fabrication, installation, and dismantling
Ensure all projects comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and permits
Manage on-site operations during exhibition setup and event days
Monitor project progress and resolve issues or risks promptly
Control budgets and ensure projects are delivered within approved costs
Supervise and lead project teams and site staff
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates
Handle logistics, transportation, and storage of exhibition materials
Prepare post-event reports and evaluations
