Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic, results-driven freelance sales professionals to promote and sell our event services. The ideal candidates will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and secure new clients for corporate and private events
Promote company offerings including event planning, exhibitions, product launches, and brand activations
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Present proposals and quotations to potential clients
Achieve sales targets through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling
Coordinate with the internal event team for smooth execution of projects
Report weekly on leads, pipeline, and closures
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in events, hospitality, or related industry
Strong local market knowledge (UAE)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Existing client base is a plus
Ability to work independently on a freelance/commission-only basis
Compensation: Attractive commission structure on confirmed deals. No fixed salary.
