We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for events and exhibitions, strong sales acumen, and a drive to deliver results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating revenue, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Develop a solid pipeline of potential clients within the events and exhibitions sector
Understand client needs and provide tailored exhibition and event solutions
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and quotations
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed individual sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the industry
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the events and exhibitions industry
(applications without this experience will not be considered)
Strong understanding of the UAE events and exhibitions market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
