Freelance Sales Executive - Events & Media Services
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to promote and sell our full range of "Events & Media" services, including event filming, exhibitions, conferences, promotional gifts, and entertainment coordination. The ideal candidate will work on a commission basis and should have strong connections within the UAE market, a solid understanding of event and media industries, and proven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and approach potential clients in the corporate, governmental, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Build long-term relationships and maintain regular communication with key accounts.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and packages.
2. Service Promotion
Promote services such as parties & events filming, exhibition organizing, conferences & seminars, promotional gifts, and entertainment coordination.
Customize proposals and presentations to address client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and pricing of offerings.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Generate and close qualified leads through networking, field visits, and referrals.
Report weekly on leads, sales pipeline, and market feedback.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Stay up to date with trends in the events, media, and promotional industries.
Provide insights into client behavior, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activity.
Suggest improvements to marketing and service offerings based on client feedback.
5. Proposal & Contract Handling
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Ensure clear handover to the operations team for execution and follow-up.
Support collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction during and after project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B or freelance sales, preferably in events, media, or marketing services.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with strong network and sales pipeline in the UAE.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Familiarity with events, exhibitions, and promotional products is a strong plus.
Commission-based position with performance-driven bonuses.
Flexible working hours; remote or on-site meetings as needed.
