Freelance Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads | Hospitality | Dubai-Based)



We're looking for a

Dubai-based freelancer

with solid experience running

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

for hospitality venues.
The role focuses purely on

ads, targeting, optimization, and reporting

, our in-house team handles all content and visuals.

Requirements:



Based in Dubai (

non-negotiable

) Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

running

Meta Ads

for hospitality or F&B venues in the UAE (

non-negotiable

) Proven record of generating qualified leads, inquiries, or bookings Strong understanding of

campaign structure, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting

Experience with

Google Ads setup and optimization

Reliable, analytical, and results-driven

Responsibilities:



Plan, run, and optimize

Meta and Google Ads

campaigns end to end Manage targeting, budgets, and daily optimization Set up and monitor

conversion tracking

and

retargeting

Provide

weekly reports

with key metrics and recommendations

Terms & Compensation:



Freelance ( monthly retainer) Must be available for a weekly update call or in-person meeting in Dubai

Compensation:

Depending on qualifications and performance,

with incentives based on target achievements
