. This role is ideal for a digital marketer who understands
marketplace ad platforms and social media ad ecosystems
inside and out.
You'll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on cross-platform paid media campaigns to drive sales, brand awareness, and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
(follower campaigns, engagement, video views)
Collaborate with creative and content teams to design high-performing ad creatives.
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor daily ad performance and track against KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
Continuously A/B test creatives, audience segments, and placements.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platform-native dashboards.
Growth & Budget Management
Strategically allocate and manage budgets across platforms to maximize ROI.
Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging tools within each platform.
Optimize funnel performance and conversion rates across ad journey
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
running paid ads on
Noon, Talaat, Deliveroo, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
.
Strong understanding of
eCommerce/marketplace ad operations
.
Proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements (ROAS, leads, sales).
Experience with analytics tools and performance dashboards.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of regional consumer behaviour in MENA, GCC, or South Asia.
Basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) for quick asset iteration.
Certification in performance marketing or digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Multilingual is a plus (Arabic, Hindi, or regional dialects).
