We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Design ad creatives and copy aligned with the brand message and campaign goals. Conduct A/B testing, track KPIs, and generate regular performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager) and Google Ads. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc. Ability to create compelling ad copy and choose effective visuals. Good understanding of landing page optimization and lead generation funnels. Excellent communication skills in English. UAE experience preferred.
