Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Freelance Fit-Out Estimator
to support our team in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and labor costs specific to commercial and residential fit-outs in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on scope of work. Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and submit detailed quotations and tender documents within tight deadlines. Assess and identify cost risks, value engineering options, and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to ensure alignment. Review and update pricing based on market trends and client feedback. Assist in preparing cost reports and final accounts upon project completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with both commercial and residential fit-out projects. Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes. Availability to attend site visits or meetings if needed.
