Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Freelance Construction Manager
to oversee high-rise construction projects from site execution through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing cranes, site logistics, and labor coordination in dense urban environments.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for high-rise projects Plan, coordinate, and supervise
crane operations
, including lift planning and scheduling Overseesite logistics
, material flow, deliveries, and laydown areas Coordinate and managelabor crews, subcontractors, and trade sequencing
Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance on site Conduct site meetings and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and inspectors Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently to avoid delays Maintain daily reports, schedules, and progress updatesRequired Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Construction Manager on high-rise projects
Strong background incrane operations and vertical construction logistics
Demonstrated ability to manage labor forces and multiple subcontractors Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently in a freelance/contract rolePreferred Qualifications
Formal education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OSHA or relevant safety certifications Experience working in urban or constrained-site environments
