The Role: Mastering Dubai's Freehold Market



We are actively seeking an experienced and culturally adept

Freehold Sales Consultant

to join our elite sales team in Dubai. This role is dedicated to maximizing sales and managing high-net-worth relationships within the regional investor community.

You will be responsible for driving individual sales targets, leveraging your existing network, and serving as a trusted advisor on complex freehold property investments across our portfolio of luxury and prime assets.

Non-Negotiable Requirements



Due to the specific market focus and client requirements for this position, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:



Nationality:

Must be an

Arab National

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of demonstrable, direct experience

in real estate sales within the

Dubai market

, specifically handling

freehold properties

.

Language Proficiency:

Native fluency in

Arabic

(written and verbal) and professional working proficiency in English.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid

RERA Certificate/Broker Card

and a thorough understanding of all Dubai land department (DLD) and RERA laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities



Target Achievement:

Consistently achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly individual sales targets for new launch and ready-inventory freehold units.

Managing Advertisement Portal

Client Acquisition:

Proactively generate and qualify leads, utilizing your established network to secure appointments with potential regional investors.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on investment returns and property appreciation.

Market Expertise:

Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with detailed market analysis, project feasibility studies, and financing options.

End-to-End Closing:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation and viewing to negotiation, documentation, and successful closing.
