Job Description
We are looking for a fraud recovery specialist who can help our clients recover funds from crypto, dating and other types of scams. This is a role specifically focused on fraud recovery, sanctions and enforcement. Experience as a Fraud Recovery Specialist is must! The work is ever developing. As long as there is an element of fraud and loss suffered to the client we will consider pursuing a case for them. Fraud does not have to be established, and certainly in misrepresentation or induced cases this can be pursued. Duties will include: reporting to clients reviewing and completing Land Registry documents drafting letters before action review and analyzing documents drafting legal proceedings commencing various enforcement proceedings instructing/liaising with High Court Enforcement Officers liaising with Liquidators assessing the prospects of making a successful recovery heavy negotiating researching case law preparing witness statements running recovery proceedings/action through to the best possible outcome for a large array of clients across the business.
